特別適用于幅寬4米以上、車速300m/min以內(nèi)（設(shè)計車速3800m/min)的高速紙機(jī)、復(fù)卷機(jī)、分切機(jī)的展紙。
多節(jié)意味著紙機(jī)幅度的增大，不需為保證剛度而加大輥徑、轉(zhuǎn)動慣量，從而使輥子的轉(zhuǎn)動更輕便、靈活。最佳曲率保證最佳展紙效果。
曲率調(diào)整分手動、氣動兩種方式，均可在線調(diào)節(jié)。氣動方式既可整體調(diào)整又可單點調(diào)整。
Used specially in the high speed paper machine, rewinder and cutting machine’s paper spread whose width is more than 4000mm, machine speed within 3000m/min(designed machine speed 3800m/min).
Multi-section means that it doesn’t need to increase the roller’s diameter and moment of inertia to ensure the rigidity when the paper width increases. It makes the roller’s rotation more easily and flexible. Best curvature ensures best paper spread effect.
Curvature adjustment has two ways of manual and auto which can be adjusted on line. Automatic function can be adjusted in whole or adjusted single point.
